Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:
Clients generally schedule a time to see me on a regular, weekly basis. Continuity and momentum are vital to the therapeutic work and our mutual protection of the therapy appointment time is very important. If you need to miss a session and provide advance notice I will attempt to reschedule you, and a 48-business hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged for the session.
Fees & Insurance:
The fees for counseling will be:
50-minute individual session: $150.00
Payment is to be made at the beginning of the session by cash, check or credit card (processing fee is added to all credit card charges). Returned checks will be charged $50.00. Unpaid balances will be turned over to collections. If your insurance provider will be covering the cost of your counseling, you will need to make arrangements for direct reimbursement from your provider. You are responsible for obtaining; completing and submitting appropriate insurance paperwork, as well as knowing the benefits and limits of your policy. I will provide invoices for services rendered. One exception is Regence Blue Shield. I am an In-Network provider for Regence, and will bill them directly. Fees may increase periodically, and thus fees are subject to change with four weeks prior notification.
